Women are absolutely awful at sex-only situations. Women, do not be fooled into thinking you have this type of agreement under control! "Situationships," as it has so colorfully been coined above, will hurt you EVERY time! Someone ALWAYS falls, and I can bet 9 chances out of every 10 it is the woman! As much as we want to call the man a butthole for using us when he clearly knew we had feelings, or would eventually form them, the unwritten rules of sex-only are already clearly outlined to agree with distance.
