Friends with Anxiety?
Disclosure: As a person and Therapist with high-functioning anxiety, I also have plenty of colleagues, friends, family members, and clients who also manage their daily routines with its presence. Some of my best work has originated through moments of anxiety, so I can personally attest that it can be managed to the point of friendship with it, even without medication. I am hopeful this message helps someone begin to embrace how to make anxiety work to personal advantage.
